HMC5 is our powerful mattress cleaner with 4 automatic functions and a built-in dust sensor. Designed to remove dust, dust mites and bacteria from your mattresses, bed, sofa, cushions, and soft furnishings, it's a great ally for any asthma or allergy sufferers.

4 Auto Functions

Deep clean your mattress easily, with 4 functions that activate automatically when you switch HMC5 on. 1. Beat&roll: The motorised roller revolves 4200 times per minute, beating the mattress, penetrating deeply into the fibres to remove embedded dust mites and allergens. 2. Vacuum: Thanks to its powerful suction exposure to house dust mites and allergens is reduced. 3. UV light: The UV light can help reduce bacteria, allergens and dust mites. The in-built sensors ensure the UV light is only activated when in direct contact with the surface and automatically turns off when lifted from the surface. 4. Drying: The use of 50° hot air helps to dry the mattress and prevent the growth of mould spores.

Our in-built-dust sensor works together with the specially designed roller to remove embedded fine dust and allergens, with an LED light that turns red when dust is detected and green when the area is clean. The motorised roller combines different material types: soft nylon fibre and soft rubber which are suitable for delicate surfaces and help penetrate into fabrics for a deeper clean.

Our new double-bin design gives you high separation efficiency, with the cyclonic separation system on one side, and the other side collecting dust and dirt. This provides your Hoover HMC5 with long lasting suction to clean your entire mattress.

0.6L capacity and easy emptying

Easy emptying

The 0.6L bin is large enough for a complete clean, so there's no need to empty it until the job is done. When the bin is full, it can be easily detached to dispose of the dust and dirt. To maintain performance, remember to regularly wash the bin, the filters and the separation system under a tap.
