Product Safety Issue

We have recently identified a product safety issue that affects our built-in heat pump tumble dryers. The issue relates to manufacturing variations which can result in the product catching fire when it is in use.

If you purchased a specific model of built-in heat pump tumble dryer between 2019 and 2024 you are advised to URGENTLY check if your appliance is at risk using the 16-digit serial number checker below.

We take consumer safety very seriously and want to reduce any product safety risks to a minimum. Therefore, we would like to carry out an in-home modification to rectify the issue. This would require a service engineer to attend your home, free of charge.

If your appliance is at risk, you should immediately STOP using and unplug the appliance.

If your appliance is confirmed as one of those affected, you will be asked to complete some further information, and we will be in touch to organise an appropriate and convenient time to visit to carry out the modification on your appliance.
